Community of Practice (CoP)

The aim of the Community of Practice (CoP) is to better understand the current services and gaps in delivery for autistic people, people with learning disabilities and neurodivergent people. It is an opportunity to share best practice, and for members to offer mutual support to help develop services within Derby and Derbyshire.

It is intended to be a new way of commissioning and delivering services. It enables services and those with lived experience to come together to ensure that people, their family and carers have access to timely and appropriate services.

Meetings take place over teams, members are welcome to join any meeting they wish or alternatively provide insight/feedback over email. Please see the leaflet below for further information on how the CoP works.
